Luna Variabilis, Co. grew out of a school project for logo design. Originally the logo was designed for a flower shop on the moon, named "Luna Flori".

A few months later, due to college and personal life I was facing a great deal of stress and anxiety. I decided it was time to pick up a creative pass time. I had my mom's old jewelry making kit and decided to give it a go.

I changed the logo a bit from the project, and polished it up. I created an instagram page (@LunaVariabilis) and launched my first line of earrings in May 2016.

I did my first sales through messaging on instagram then proceeded to launch my first online store with BigCartel.com.

After about two years I switched to Etsy.com which has brought more success to the small shop. In addition to Etsy sales, I set up displays at local festivals and events in Western MD.

What started as a hobby to keep my mind occupied grew into a small business that gives me pride and feelings of success. I have over 100 sales in online and in person sales and continue to grow everyday.
